Once a year, we run our pay what you can, pay it forward campaign, which enables you to choose your price on a sliding scale. The minimum price is the lowest price we can sell our garments at without losing money. You can then choose to buy it at our regular retail price, or you can pay it forward by paying above that. All proceeds go into our program that gets free product to folks around the holiday. Last year we were able to donate 864 garments. We trust you to choose the price that's right for you!

Product update! We have received some valuable (if frustrating) feedback that our newest swim fabric can have some minor pillage through use. We worked hard to resolve the issue of water absorbance in this latest fabric iteration, and it passed all of our quality control tests, but unfortunately pilling was not tested rigorously enough. Because we value transparency and fairness with our community, we have now put the remainder of our stock on discount, at a price we can manage without taking too huge of a hit as a company. These swim trunks are still great quality, last a long time, and fit just the way described; we are simply lowering the price in acknowledgement that the fabric ended up being a hit, but not a home run!

Made in a one-of-a-kind fabric (92% polyester and 8% elastane) with dozens of design features utilized specifically for AFAB bodies, these trunks are a must have this summer season.

We suggest pairing with our limited edition swim friendly packer, Emmett.

      Garment Measurements

      There are a variety of ways to figure out your Both& size. We recommend trying our chatbot, which produces quite accurate recommendations. We also recommend using our Faces of Both& models as guides. If you prefer to figure out your size based on measurements, please read the following:

      The measurements provided below are the measurements of the garment. For pants/bottoms, we recommend making your size decision based on the measurement of wherever you want your pants to fit, and then choosing a garment whose measurement for that place that is 1-1.5" larger. The low hip can be found by measuring around your body at the widest part of your bum.

      For tops, we recommend choosing a size based around the measurement you are most concerned about/is most likely to cause dysphoria. So, for instance, if that is your hips, and your hip measurement is 44", then don’t get 1x (which is 44" at the hips), as that would be skin tight. Order 2x, so that you have 2 inches of room at the key spot.

      5’11 and 120lbs in an XS

      I got an XS in black and have been wearing them nonstop the past three days (as shorts). I think if you’re thin like me, but want more of a baggier feel/ style, you should go with the S instead, but I personally feel very fly in the shorter/tighter style. Also, they don’t bunch up in the water which is a BIG plus.

      Excellent swim suit

      This is the best swimsuit I’ve ever owned. The fit is perfect for me. I got a S and am 5’5” 130lbs. My only reason for the 4 stars is because the care instructions are really specific and that is a little inconvenient. But for me, it’s worth it for how excellent the fit and quality is.

      In complete awe

      After this top arrived and I put it on I KNEW I found the one. I’ve been struggling with tops a lot lately and my
      masculinity as I’ve gained weight, but even with my compression top this provides coverage for me and makes me comfy! As well, upon ordering this too an email was sent to me about how to care for this material and I know there were previously complaints about pulling, but I think that follow up email about the care was very thorough and I’m appreciative of that extra step they took.

      Disappointed..

      I wanted to love this tank so much. I was looking forward to finally having a tank to swim in that covers my binder. Fit is a lot smaller than expected and very short up front. I even returned to size up and still was disappointed with fit. It was better so I kept it. My biggest disappointment is the quality of this tank. I’ve worn it twice and it’s pilling already. The fabric looks terrible now. I have followed all care instructions as well. I sadly will not be purchasing again. The price and quality do not match up for me. I’m no hesitant to try other products now because I’m so bummed about this.

      Perfect Fit, but Fabric Pills Easily

      I purchased these to mainly use as shorts and they fit perfectly! (Ordered a M- 5'5 and 135lbs) I have not washed them and plan to handwash only based on other reviews, but I noticed within a few hours of wearing them, they started to pill where my shirt was covering them. Not a huge deal as I have a depiller, but it's noticeable. Aside from that, I do highly recommend these as and I have never felt so good in a pair of clothing!!
