Once a year, we run our pay what you can, pay it forward campaign, which enables you to choose your price on a sliding scale. The minimum price is the lowest price we can sell our garments at without losing money. You can then choose to buy it at our regular retail price, or you can pay it forward by paying above that. All proceeds go into our program that gets free product to folks around the holiday. Last year we were able to donate 864 garments. We trust you to choose the price that's right for you!

Welcome to Both&'s Elliot trunks, Gen III. These have truly been a community effort work in progress. We have spent four years perfecting these trunks with the following in mind:

1. A comfortable, stylish, vintage-esque fabric that is stretchy, looks cool, and holds shape while dry.
2. Deep front pockets that create a square look.
3. An optional in built packer pouch on the front inside of the trunks.
4. A forgiving waistband, adjustable with a drawstring.

Gen I's fabric had no pilling issues, but was slow to dry. Gen II was quick to dry, but had some pilling issues. We are now onto Gen III, which has no pilling issues, and dries modestly faster than Gen I.

      Garment Measurements

      There are a variety of ways to figure out your Both& size. We recommend trying our chatbot, which produces quite accurate recommendations. We also recommend using our Faces of Both& models as guides. If you prefer to figure out your size based on measurements, please read the following:

      The measurements provided below are the measurements of the garment. For pants/bottoms, we recommend making your size decision based on the measurement of wherever you want your pants to fit, and then choosing a garment whose measurement for that place that is 1-1.5" larger. The low hip can be found by measuring around your body at the widest part of your bum.

      For tops, we recommend choosing a size based around the measurement you are most concerned about/is most likely to cause dysphoria. So, for instance, if that is your hips, and your hip measurement is 44", then don’t get 1x (which is 44" at the hips), as that would be skin tight. Order 2x, so that you have 2 inches of room at the key spot.
